Well well, that’s true! That’s exactly what people say. But in reality it’s not true. You work for yourself, you work for your employees, and your employees work for you. Of course, this isn’t always the case, but it is what it is.

The question is, are you being too hard on your employees? Or are they just not good at their jobs and you need to get tough with your employees. I am not being too tough on the employees, I am just saying that I believe having a few bad employees will not make up for the work that is not being done. It is not enough that you have an employee who is constantly late, or takes breaks, or has a bad attitude.

I think that you can get around the idea that it is bad if you just have an employee who does some of the work. I think that the employees should be rewarded for their work, it is the company that is paying for their wages.

I am being serious here. I have an employee that is very nice and just does the best he can, he is not a slacker, but he is a slacker. It’s not the most efficient way to get things done, but I do think that if you can get around the fact that he is not doing his best that you will have a much better employee.

I think this applies to all business. In order for companies to be successful, they need to invest in the people that make the decisions for the company. They need to reward employees for what they do for the company and not just for the paycheck. There are a lot of ways to do this, but I think that the most effective is to pay employees for their work. This is a lot of work, but they should get something for it.
