In the end, the most important thing about exercise is that it is something you are willing to do. It is something you are willing to put in your body, and it is something that makes you feel good. And that is what your body needs. So is it okay to just go in and say, “Oh, I’ll do a few reps of this,” or do it? Probably not. The most important thing is that you are willing to do it.
