We could just focus on what was good, what was important, and what wasn’t. When you make a purchase, you have to think about what was good, what was in the product, and what was not.
I think the mistake most people make is when they look to the big brands for inspiration. They go to the big brand, look at the ads, and think they know what the brand is about. The problem is that the ads are really just the first stage of research. You need to look at the person and what they say, what they do, and the overall impression they make. You have to consider other factors as well.
